First they wrongfully incarcerate her dog, then they kill her dog, and now they invoice her! What next … your child, you spouse, your parents, your neighbor.

This is nuts! They impound her dog and never gave it back, therefore it became THEIR dog and they should pay the fee themselves. Or else, the reimburse her for the dog, including all monies spent she she first adopted the dog, and for pain and suffering. Then she can back them back, out of her settlement.

What are they going to do if she doesn’t pay, reposses the dog? What the hell is wrong with those people?
